A 1-year extended warranty offers consumers additional peace of mind by providing coverage for their product beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. This extended warranty ensures the product will be repaired or replaced if it experiences any covered issues within the additional year. Consumers have the option to purchase up to five separate 1-year extended warranties for a single product, effectively extending the total coverage period to five years. This flexibility allows customers to tailor their warranty protection according to their needs, ensuring long-term security and confidence in their purchase.

This extended warranty is applicable to VSSL X Series amplifiers and SX Series products.

Terms

1. Ext Warranty can only be purchased from VSSL within 90-days of dealer deployment and must be accompanied by product registration on vssl.com including Serial #.

2. Product may be registered by either end-user customer or dealer/installer on behalf of the end-user customer.

3. Product may only have been purchased through an authorized channel for VSSL sales. Warranty is available for new products only, not used products no longer owned by original owner. Warranties are non-transferable.

4. Extension to base warranty purchased in 1-year increments.

5. All warranty claims must first be accompanied by an approved RMA from VSSL Technical Support. Approved RMAs may be requested by the end-user customer or dealer on behalf of customer.

6. First warranty claim not available during the first 30 days after warranty purchase.

7. VSSL reserves right to repair or replace unit. VSSL reserves right to declare not repairable and return to customer or offer comparable upgrade for purchase.

8. Customer pays for shipment of unit(s) to VSSL repair facility in Hurricane, Utah USA or to VSSL Authorized Service Provider.

9. This warranty is only valid for European and Canadian Customers
